2) Access the Interactive Phylogenetic Tree by clicking on the link.

3) Follow the prompts on the Online Phylogenetic Tree Assignment (posted below) to discover how to read a phylogenetic tree and see how DNA can tell us about evolutionary relationships. Try and do your own combinations for at least 3 of the questions.

4) For Question #6, thoroughly explain your answer in paragraph format and provide evidence to support your claim by testing several different species and discussing their relationships.

5) On the back of your paper, write down the questions posted below. Answer in your own words in paragraph format. You can use any resources to help you answer the questions, including this assignment, but make sure to cite your resources under your answers.
